Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What shipping methods are available?

We offer two delivery options:

  • Pick-up from store – Free. You will be notified when your order is ready.
  • Courier delivery – €6 flat rate for all orders.

Large or heavy items may have additional delivery costs. We will contact you before shipping if needed.

2. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 2–4 working days, depending on your location and courier schedule.

3. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
You can also track your order from your account page.

4. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you may checkout as a guest without creating an account.
However, creating an account allows you to:

  • View order history
  • Save your details for faster checkout
  • Track orders easily

5. Can I return or cancel my order?

Returns and cancellations follow our official policy.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging unless the item is DOA (Dead on Arrival).
Consumables such as ink and toner are not returnable once opened.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If there is visible courier damage, please report it to the courier immediately at delivery.
If the item inside the package is defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video.
