Returns & Cancellations

If you wish to return or cancel an order, please contact us within
14 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product must include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Non-returnable Items

For health & safety reasons and due to supplier restrictions, the following items
cannot be returned:

Ink cartridges
Toners
Printer consumables
Any opened or used consumable
Any product marked as “Non-returnable”

(Only DOA – Dead On Arrival consumables can be replaced.)

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been
received and inspected by our team.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the
original payment method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, it will be handled as a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

All orders are securely packed and handed over to the courier in perfect condition.
Once the parcel is delivered to the courier, responsibility for any transport damage lies
with the courier company.

If you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged, crushed, opened or tampered with,
you must inform the courier immediately upon delivery and request that the issue
is recorded in their system. Parcels accepted without reporting damage to the courier
cannot be claimed as “damaged on delivery”.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item inside an undamaged parcel,
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
We will review the case and, if the issue is confirmed to be a
DOA (Dead On Arrival) manufacturing defect or a packing error,
we will arrange a replacement according to our DOA policy.

Rollink Cyprus is not responsible for:

Damage caused by the courier if it was not reported at the time of delivery
Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation or handling by the customer
Claims submitted after the 48-hour inspection period
