Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

All products sold by Rollink Cyprus are covered by the official warranty of the
manufacturer or the authorized distributor. Warranty periods and conditions vary
depending on the product category and brand.

What the Warranty Covers

Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by
misuse, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, power issues, or physical damage.

Not Covered by Warranty

  • Damage caused by improper use or incorrect installation
  • Damage caused by power spikes, lightning, moisture, or overheating
  • Physical damage, broken parts, cracked screens, or liquid damage
  • Products opened or tampered with by the customer or third-party technicians
  • Software issues, driver errors, or configuration problems

Consumables (Ink & Toner)

Consumables such as ink cartridges and toner are not returnable once opened, used,
or installed
, unless they are proven to be DOA (Dead on Arrival).

For DOA verification, the manufacturer may require diagnostic photos, test pages,
or serial numbers. Claims without evidence cannot be processed.

Printers, Multifunction Devices & Hardware

Printer and hardware warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer or authorized
service center. Rollink Cyprus does not perform repairs or replacements directly.

In case of a fault:

  • The customer must submit a warranty claim with the serial number and proof of purchase
  • The manufacturer’s service center will evaluate the issue
  • If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced

What is Required for a Warranty Claim

  • Proof of purchase
  • Serial number (if applicable)
  • Clear photos/video showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Excluded Scenarios

Warranty does not apply when:

  • The issue is caused by third-party ink, toner, or accessories
  • The product works normally but does not meet customer expectations
  • The problem is due to software configuration or user error

Warranty Procedure

Once a claim is approved, the customer must deliver the product to the authorized
service center. Shipping costs to and from the service center are the responsibility
of the customer unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

Rollink Cyprus follows and applies the exact warranty conditions set by each
manufacturer without modification.

This warranty policy does not affect the customer’s statutory rights
under applicable consumer protection laws.
