Refund & Returns Policy (EU Compliant)

1. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify Rollink Cyprus in writing within the 14-day period by email or any clear written statement.

You may use the model withdrawal form (available upon request), but it is not mandatory.


Inspection of Goods

You may handle and inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in accordance with EU consumer law.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.


Conditions for Withdrawal

To be eligible for a return under the withdrawal right:

  • The product must be returned in good condition

  • The product must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials

  • Security seals and serial numbers must be intact

  • The product must not show damage caused by improper handling

  • Products showing installation or use beyond what is necessary for inspection may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount

Rollink Cyprus reserves the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods.


2. Return Authorization Required (RMA)

All returns must be approved by Rollink Cyprus before the product is sent back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be:

  • refused, or

  • returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Return instructions will be provided after approval.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrect due to our error:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • Expedited shipping, cash-on-delivery fees, and special handling charges are non-refundable

If the return is due to our error or a verified defective product, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Rollink Cyprus.


4. DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Defective Products

If a product is defective upon first use, you must notify us without undue delay and preferably within 7 days of delivery.

To process a DOA claim, we may require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Serial number (if applicable)

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • Description of the fault

Products reported as defective may be subject to testing and verification by Rollink Cyprus or the manufacturer.


If No Fault Is Found

If testing shows the product is functioning normally:

  • the product may be returned to the customer

  • shipping and handling costs may apply.


If the Defect Is Confirmed

At our discretion and in accordance with EU consumer law:

  • a replacement will be provided, or

  • a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method.


⚠️ Important: This DOA policy does not affect the consumer’s statutory legal guarantee rights under applicable EU law.


5. Consumables (Ink & Toner)

Due to the nature of consumable products:

  • Sealed ink cartridges and toner may be returned within 14 days only if completely unopened and factory sealed

  • Consumables that have been opened, unsealed, installed, or partially used are non-returnable, except if proven DOA on first use

  • Incorrect installation, incompatibility, or customer error does not qualify as a defect

For DOA verification, the manufacturer may require diagnostic evidence (photos, test pages, serial numbers).


6. Printers, Electronics & Hardware

Withdrawal Returns

  • Products must be returned in good condition

  • All accessories and packaging must be included

  • Items showing use beyond necessary inspection may be subject to value reduction


Defective Products

Warranty service is provided according to the manufacturer’s terms and EU legal guarantee rights and may involve inspection by an authorized service center.


7. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be refused or partially refunded if:

  • The product is damaged due to customer handling

  • The product shows excessive use beyond inspection

  • Serial numbers or security seals are missing or tampered with

  • The product is incomplete (missing accessories, manuals, or packaging)

  • Consumables have been opened or used (unless confirmed DOA)

  • Return authorization was not obtained prior to shipping

Returns with missing components may be subject to partial refund or refusal.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, the standard return procedure described in this policy applies.


9. Refund Processing Time

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
