However, Rollink Cyprus reserves the right to correct any errors, including but not limited to:

typographical errors
incorrect pricing
incorrect product descriptions
incorrect stock status
technical or supplier data-feed errors

Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing or product information error:

we reserve the right to cancel any affected order, even after automatic confirmation
if payment has been made, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Availability

Product availability displayed on the website may not always reflect real-time stock.

We reserve the right to:

cancel orders for unavailable items
offer an alternative product
issue a full refund

4. Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to review and acceptance by Rollink Cyprus.

An order is considered accepted only when:

the product has been dispatched.

Automatic order acknowledgement emails do not constitute final acceptance of the order.

5. Delivery

Orders may be delivered by courier or collected in store.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rollink Cyprus is not liable for delays caused by:

courier companies
customs or external factors
force majeure events

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns, Withdrawal & DOA

Consumer withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Consumables (Ink & Toner)

Due to their nature:

sealed consumables may be returned only if unopened and unused
opened, installed, or partially used consumables are non-returnable unless verified DOA
incompatibility or incorrect installation does not constitute a defect

Electronics & Printers

Defective products may be subject to inspection and verification before replacement or refund.

Warranty service is provided according to the manufacturer’s terms and applicable EU consumer law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rollink Cyprus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

loss of profit
loss of data
business interruption
product incompatibility
delays caused by third-party services

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including consumer protection laws.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated and to the extent permitted by law:

products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
Rollink Cyprus does not provide additional commercial warranties unless explicitly stated
customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before purchase

This clause does not affect statutory consumer rights under EU law.

9. Force Majeure

Rollink Cyprus shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters
strikes
supply chain disruptions
transport failures
government actions
