Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are carried out throughout Cyprus via our partner courier companies (GAP Akis Express and other local partners).

Delivery Time

The usual delivery time is 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on product availability, delivery area and courier workload.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rollink Cyprus is not liable for any delay caused by the courier company, incorrect address details provided by the customer, force majeure, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Cost

  • €5 shipping fee for orders under €150.
  • Free delivery for orders over €150.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Store Pickup

Customers may also choose store pickup from our physical location in Paphos. You will receive a notification (email/SMS/phone) when your order is ready for collection. Orders will be held for a limited time; uncollected orders may be cancelled.

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver only within the Republic of Cyprus. For any special delivery request (remote areas, oversized items, special handling), please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and cost.

Risk of Loss & Inspection on Delivery

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel is delivered to the address provided or collected from the store/pickup point. Upon delivery, you should inspect the parcel for visible damage. If the parcel is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, you must:

  • inform the courier immediately, and
  • contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number.

Delays, Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate the issue with the courier and arrange an appropriate solution (replacement, repair or refund, where applicable).

Our responsibility is limited to either:

  • re-shipping the order, or
  • refunding the amount paid,

in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (such as loss of profit, business interruption, etc.) arising from delivery delays or courier errors.

DOA & Defective Products

Dead on Arrival (DOA) or defective products are handled strictly under our Refund & Returns Policy. Consumables (such as ink cartridges and toners) are only accepted as DOA/defective if they meet the conditions described in that policy. We do not accept returns of opened or used consumables that are not defective.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, a valid contact phone number and ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel. Any additional costs caused by incorrect information, repeated delivery attempts or return of the parcel due to non-receipt may be charged to the customer.
